JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that on showing forged mark-sheet, he got himself appointed as a Guest Teacher in the district of Buxar.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the provisional list he has got 519 marks, but after final selection it has been mentioned as 619 marks, even he has selected in other districts on 519 marks. Further, other coaccused person has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.10.20108

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
