The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail after completion of one and a half year of custody, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 372 of 2021 on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5648 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, 2nd -cum-Special Judge, Nawada.

The petitioner shall be released after completion of one and a half year of custody, thereafter the petitioner shall make attendance in the local police station on 1st Sunday and last Sunday of every month. Any default in making the attendance will result in the cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
