JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 30-06-2017 The matter pertains to providing infrastructural facility in the establishment of the Authority discharging statutory functions under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Inter alia contending that basic facilities in the statutory authority's office is not available, petitioner, a member of the Bar, has filed this writ petition.
Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, for the present, we direct Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to look into the grievance
Patna High Court CWJC No.3133 of 2017 dt.30-06-2017 2/2 of the petitioner and take such steps as are permissible under law for providing infrastructural facility in the office of the Statutory Authority within a reasonable period.
