The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation as the witnesses disclosed that the petitioner was found moving around the place of occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 10.03.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 577 of 2014.
