Learned counsel for the respective parties are in agreement that the issue raised and the relief prayed herein is covered by the judgment and order dated 29.6.2017 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 3383/2017 and thus, this batch of writ petitions can also be accordingly disposed of in the same terms. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions advanced, all the writ petitions are

Patna High Court CWJC No.3337 of 2017 (2) dt.30-06-2017 disposed of in terms of the judgment and order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C.No. 3383/2017 with a direction to the Collector, Saran at Chapra to enquire into the matter and pass appropriate order in regard to payment of remuneration to the petitioners for the period of their engagement in terms of his own order present at Annexure 2, which order be passed within a maximum period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
