JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 03.09.2020, passed by the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Motihari, whereby and whereunder the arms license of the petitioner has been cancelled, by filing appropriate appeal before the appellate authority.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the appeal of the petitioner on

Patna High Court CWJC No.4613 of 2021(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 merits and shall pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, without being impeded by the issue of limitation. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
