The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have shot a person dead and while he was fleeing away the villagers apprehended the petitioner and from his possession loaded country made pistol and cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted that for murder another case is lodged. The petitioner is in jail since 13.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about ten months for recovery of loaded country made pistol and cartridges, the
