JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to pursue his alternative remedy of revision in accordance with the provisions of Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

The writ application is, thus, permitted to be withdrawn. If the revision application is preferred within a period of 30 days from today, the same will be considered by the Revisional Authority on merit and in case a question of revision

Patna High Court CWJC No.2091 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 arises the same will be considered keeping in mind that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court. The revision application will be disposed of within a reasonable time.
