Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, he was arrested and confessed his guilt and similarly, FIR named accused Sintu Paswan also disclosed name of the petitioner in his confessional statement.

Considering this aspect of the matter that except the confessional statements, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 05-01-2016, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 44 of
