JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would raise his grievance before the Collectorcum-District Magistrate, Purnea (Respondent No.3). For this reason learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection, if the petitioner is pursuing his remedy in accordance with law before an appropriate authority.
