None appears on behalf of the State of Bihar. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12802 of 2015 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.151 of 2013 with certain conditions indicated therein.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that correct name of the father of the petitioner is Ramnath Chaudhary, but due to mistake his father's name was mentioned as Ramesh Chaudhary in the bail petition filed on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, in the order passed by this Court father's name of the petitioner has been shown as Ramesh Chaudhary, as a result of which despite aforesaid order dated 27.05.2015, the petitioner has not been released on bail. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, order dated 27.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12802 of 2015 is modified

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26673 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 only to the extent that father's name of the petitioner shall be read as "Ramnath Chaudhary" instead of Ramesh Chaudhary. With the aforesaid modification, the present application stands finally disposed of.
