The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 451 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 307, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 11.02.2019 passed by this court now both the parties are living together amicably. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions of the parties, this court directs that in the event of his arrest/surrender
