JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioners in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Kochas, DistrictRohtas to conclude the proceedings of the Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2016-17.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5409 of 2021(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioners, the Circle Officer, Kochas, District-Rohtas is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2016-17 by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, after hearing the affected parties and in accordance with law, within a period of four 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
