The petitioner seeks bail in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 134/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 372 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
The victim made allegation that the petitioner and others brought her to Patna for providing her job but they took her to Delhi and sold her to Hasmul Khatoon for prostitution. It is submitted that the informant came to her house on 07.07.2014 but the complaint petition was filed on 19.07.2014. The informant is a habitual in filing such cases. The informant filed Triveniganj P.S. Case no. 151/2012 under Section 315, 376
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28278 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against Md. Shamsher Alam and others. The informant also filed case in Mahila Help Line, Supaul vide D.V. Case No. 639/MHL/15-16 against Md. Shamsher and others. Similarly situated co-accused Bhulur Mian @ Maniruddin and Md. Ayub have already been enlarged on bail vide order dt. 27.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 12278 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 19085/2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S.
