JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitrangupta Nagar) P.S.Case No. 601 of 2018 registered under Sections 306, 494 and 498A/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of demanding dowry and forcing the deceased to commit suicide.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that material collected during course of investigation shows that she hanged herself and so far second marriage is concerned, petitioner has got second marriage with the consent of the deceased and as such it cannot be said that she has committed suicide.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4213 of 2019(4) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S.
