The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 28.02.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 494, 495, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of torture and performing second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not performed second marriage and is ready to keep the informant as wife with dignity and honour. A statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 14 of the petition, which reads as follows :- "That however petitioner had not performed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18007 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 second marriage and still ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour."

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No.24/2015.
