2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 08.09.2024 at about 4 PM, the informant and her husband were at their home, in the meantime, the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including petitioners came and assaulted them. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have disrobed informant and petitioner no. 2 assaulted husband of informant with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7876 of 2025(2) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence and have been falsely implicated in this case out of revenge. The present case is counter blast of Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2024, which was lodged by co-accused Dharamshila Devi, wife of petitioner no. 1. Injury, allegedly caused by petitioner no. 2, is simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
