Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury on the ring finger of the informant.

Submission on behalf of the petitioenr is that much prior to the institution of the present case, petitioner had made complaint bearing Vigilance Case No.PI2 of 2015 against the petitioner before Anti Corruption Bureau and Anti Corruption Bureau had noticed the petitioner to give evidence against the informant of the present case and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in this case. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 08.03.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18141 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgrah Chowk) P.S.Case No. 233 of 2015.
