2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant's mother (deceased) had taken loan of Rs. 20,000/- from this petitioner and in lieu thereof, petitioner was pressurizing the deceased for establishing physical relation with him and due to nonfulfillment of said illegal demand, petitioner also threatened her with dire consequences, on account of which, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself. The post-mortem report also supports the prosecution case.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer
