In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

The petitioner is the husband.

The office has reported that the notice has been served upon the opposite party no.2 but, no one is present to raise objection in the matter.

The marriage of the opposite party no.2 was solemnized with the petitioner as per the Hindu custom on 24.6.2014 and, in that event, the parents of the opposite party no.2 had given a car including costly gifts.

No.3180 of 2019(6) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the car, which is complained, is standing in the name of the brother of the opposite party no.2 and the allegation made in the complaint petition is completely a concocted story. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
