JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2021 Heard Mr. Subodh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner retired from the post of "Sorter" on 31/12/2001 from K.B. Jha College, Katihar and died on 20/05/2014 but the family pension of the petitioner, who is the widow of the deceased employee is not being paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice will be sub-served if the petitioner is granted liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3 i.e. Vice Chancellor, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura. Learned counsel for the B.N. Mandal University has

In view of the aforesaid submissions, let a fresh and detailed representation be filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 3 / Vice Chancellor, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura within a period of four weeks from today and if such representation is filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid time period, the respondent no. 3 / Vice Chancellor, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura is directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks. Needless to say that if the family pension of the petitioner is found admissible by the respondent no. 3, payment towards the same along with arrears shall be made within a further period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
