JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 20.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing the informant and other passengers of Tata Magic vehicle. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner nor he was put on T.I. parade. Statements to that effect have been made in paragraph nos. 8 and 9 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26632 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2014.
