JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 405 of 2013, registered under Section 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of Shyam Kumar Pandey, brother of the informant, by his wife, mother-in-law and father-in-law and throw the dead body near the bank of the river. The informant came to know about the occurrence on 12.08.2013 in the morning from the local people. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and has been falsely implicated along with his wife and daughter having hand in the murder. Further submission is that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence and only on suspicion the name of the

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Purnea in connection with K.Nagar P.S. Case No. 405 of 2013.
