The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019 dated 17.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of having assaulted the informant along with others by means of iron rod and lathi. The injury suffered by the informant is stated to be simple in nature. The father of the petitioner has also lodged a case against the informant and his family members vide Jamui P.S. Case No. 370 of 2019. The present case is only an offshoot of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12551 of 2020(3) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 the case filed by the father of the petitioner. The parties are neighbors.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts and taking into account, the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
