The petitioner seeks bail in Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that unknown miscreants took away his Rs. 1,81000/-. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of the co-accused Dharmendra Chaudhary and Satarjit Chaudhary. Except the confession police did not collect any material to show the involvement of the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26395 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015.
