Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 758 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 379 of the IPC, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
