2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lariyatarh P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 307, 385, 504, 506, 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is a land dispute between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Munger/concerned Court in connection with Lariyatarh P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024.
