JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The petitioners have filed the present writ petition asking the respondents to ensure admission against all the unreserved categories seats in medical colleges.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that large number of seats are lying vacant in the unreserved categories as the respondents are not filling-up the vacancies.

Without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of India, New Delhi (respondent No. 2) apprising him about the grievances as raised in the present petition. On filing of such representation, the respondent No. 2 shall pass an order within a maximum period of two months from the

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
