The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The daughter of the informant went to take tuition but she became traceless. During the course of enquiry the informant came to know that the petitioner, his wife, daughter and son-inlaw took his daughter. The informant enquired from Sunil Ram who disclosed that he had brought his daughter and Rajesh Ram took his daughter for marriage. The petitioner is brother of the informant. The case is compromised.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26426 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran at Motihari in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 443 of 2014.
