The petitioner seeks bail in Sahiara P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 149, 302, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that there is specific allegation against co-accused Rahul Kumar Paswan of giving spade blow to the mother of the informant on head causing injury to her, on account of which, she fell down. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lady. There is general and omnibus allegation against her. She is in custody since 27.8.2018 having clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
