Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3⁄4 of the Witch Practices Act.

Petitioner no.2 is alleged to have given rod blow on the left thumb of the victim, whereas petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.3 are alleged to have snatched her golden ear ring and golden chain respectively.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to old enmity and land dispute. Injury caused by petitioner no.2 has been found to be simple in nature vide injury report contained in Annexure 2. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is a case and counter case. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners named above, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Sikandara Police Station Case No. 159 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
