JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and L.N. Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').
2. On 15.02.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner had taken time in view of supplementary counter affidavit having been served on him on that day itself.
3. No rejoinder to the same has been filed. In the said supplementary counter affidavit, the stand was that all admitted dues except group insurance had been paid and today learned counsel for
Patna High Court CWJC No.9705 of 2017 dt.09-03-2018 2/2 the University took a categorical stand that the remaining amount of group insurance to the tune of Rs. 2,58,829/- has been approved and it shall be credited to the account of the petitioner within a week.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, on the assurance given by learned counsel for the University that the remaining amount of group insurance shall be credited to the account of the petitioner within one week, let the same be done.
5. In view thereof, as the writ petition has served its purpose, the same stands disposed off.
