JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(A), 32 of Bihar Excise Prohibition and Amendment Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 30 litres of liquor from the bank of river and petitioner and others were arrested there. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case and further there is no recovery either from the house or from the possession of the petitioner and he has been in judicial custody since 12.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3660 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II, Jamui, in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
