The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 352, 120B, 121, 122, 124A of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act, 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and Sections 13, 16, 17, 18 and 20 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The accused, who was arrested by the members of the combing operation and from whose possession one rifle, three cartridges and two mobile sets were recovered, has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 7796 of 2014 (Annexure-3). The petitioner has been implicated in several cases as Bharat Yadav, father of the petitioner, filed Complaint Case no. 602 of 2012 against the officer-in-charge and other police officers of Imamganj Police Station. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in Roshanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2013 with the following conditions :

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3. The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
