The petitioner filed this writ petition for quashing the order dated 20.05.2017, as contained in Memo No. 3386 (Annexure-5) issued under the signature of Executive Officer Nagar Parishad, Araria by which the petitioner has been put under suspension for taking wine.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after suspension of the petitioner, he was departmentally proceeded and the Enquiry Officer submitted report, but no order has been passed.
