JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 211 liters foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the recovery is from the joint house and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather he should surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be
