The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No.53 of 2016, arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No.93 of 2016, registered under Sections 409, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 13(2) read with Sections 13(1)(c)(d) of the P.C. Act.

The accusation is of purchasing Highmast light, laptops and other materials by the Nagar Parishad Sasaram, on higher price than the price online, of which the petitioner was the Executive Officer.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that, admittedly, the petitioner was posted as the Executive Officer,

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance-I, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.53 of 2016, arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No.93 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
