The petitioner seeks his bail in Sharmera P.S.Case No. 90 of 2013 registered under Sections 307, 504, 34 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.2.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.42255 of 2015 with the observation that the petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail after remaining nine months in jail. The petitioner is in jail since 4.9.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 10 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sharmera P.S.Case No. 90 of 2013.
