The petitioner seeks bail in Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 78/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of Mantosh Kumar @ Mister and thereafter co-accused Mahanth Yadav also disclosed the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement but except confession no further material is collected during course of investigation. Petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade. The petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26650 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No 78 of 2014.
