Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and two others followed the informant and tried to outrage her modesty but the petitioner and his associates were caught by the villagers and they were taught a lesson by the local people.

Moreover, co- accused Awadhesh Choudhary @ Awadhesh Kr. Choudhary has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge I-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO Act), Gaya in POCSO case no. 2/2016 arising out of M.U.P.S. Case no. 03/2016.
