The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 318 of 2022 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he submits that petitioners are in-laws of the deceased.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6071 of 2023(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
