2. State counsel accepts notice for respondents.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That through this Writ application the petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate Writs, order, directions to the concerned respondents to take decision on the objection dated 27/1/2020 (Annexure4) filed by the petitioner in the light of notification issued Vide Memo No. 66 dated 16/1/2020 under

Patna High Court CWJC No.4908 of 2021 dt.02-02-2022 2/2 signature of District Magistrate, Madhepura and consequently including the name of the petitioner in provisional Merit (Medha) list and after conduction cycle test the petitioner be selected/appointed for the post of Chaukidar published Vide Advertisement No. 05/2011 issued by District Employment Exchange Office, Madhepur."

4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of petitioner's grievance and redress the same while passing a speaking order and communicate the order to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
