The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against five unknown persons for committing dacoity. The petitioner was apprehended on mere suspicion and disclosed the name of other persons who were involved in dacoity. The petitioner was not put on test identification parade. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
