JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 24.09.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Maigra P.S.Case No.25 of 2015.
