At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction be given to the respondent no. 6, the Block Development Officer, Palasi-cum-Member Secretary, Block Teachers Appointment Committee, BlockPalasi, Araria to comply the order dated 10.07.2023 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Araria.
