Case No.90 of 2015 for the offence instituted under Section 366(A) of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that there is accusation against the petitioner of enticing the sister of the informant away with intent to marry her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.2.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. He has no criminal antecedent. The victim girl in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has not named this petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26417 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jyoti Prakash, J.M., Patna, in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No.90 of 2015.
