JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-06-2017 By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to respondent authority to pay the balance retiral dues to the petitioner.

In the present writ petition, the petitioner has raised a plea that certain retiral dues have yet not been paid to him despite the fact that he has superannuated on 31.10.2002 from the post of Accountant from Kalidas Vidyapati Sciene College, Ucchaith, Benipatti.

Learned counsel for the University submitted that it would be evident from the document annexed to the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.7487 of 2017 dt.30-06-2017 2/2 writ petition that the petitioner is getting his regular pension. She submitted that in case the petitioner has any grievance, he may file representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University who shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order. 4.

Regard being had to the submission made above, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University within four weeks from today raising all his claims. In case such a representation is filed, the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University shall examine the claims of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within three months. In case any amount is found due, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within a period stipulated hereinabove. In case the claims of the petitioner are rejected, the reasons for the same should also be given.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
