JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to add the Chief Regional Manager (R.S), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Begusarai as party respondent no. 4 in the present application.
At the outset, Mr. Prince Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not press any of the reliefs prayed in the writ application save and except to request this Court to direct the newly added respondent no. 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner made to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.24876 of 2018(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 Regional Manager (R.S.), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., RO, Patna vide letter dated 11.12.2018 as contained in Annexure- P/3 series.
Learned counsel representing the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. submits that the representation is though addressed to the Regional Manager (R.S.), HPCL, R.O., Patna but it seems that a copy of the same has been sent to the HPCL Divisional Manager, Begusarai.
It is submitted that if such representation is pending with the HPCL Divisional Manager, Begusarai, the same will be taken care of by the Regional Manager (R.S), HPCL, Begusarai. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application disposed off with direction to newly added respondent no. 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, if any, as stated in Annexure P/3 series dated 11.12.2018 and take a decision on the same which should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
