The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 27.07.2021.

Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
