2. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Chausa (Fulaut O.P.) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation against all the accused persons of having fired on the deceased and the injured.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners have fired upon the deceased and injured, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioners are directed to surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
